Partnering with the City of Chicago in the COVID-19 Small Business Support (CSBS) Program category of Outreach and General Business Assistance, the PACC offers entrepreneurs and business owners in the Polish American community and beyond targeted expert training, information, and resources to help address challenges brought on by the pandemic. Activities designed to inform businesses of available financial aid and other services will include in-person outreach, coaching, and advising. Specific initiatives include (1) Open ‘Incubation’ Hours, (2) Microgrants, and (3) a Covid-19 educational video series.

In addition to long-term staff, the PACC’s CSBS Program team includes Monica Lebensztejn, who has been hired as a Business Community Outreach Specialist.

Open “Incubation” Hours

This program features two-three several-hour days in the month of December at the PACC offices or other convenient Chicago locations, where entrepreneurs and small businesses will meet to seek mentorship, guidance, use equipment and space to hold meetings or presentations.

Microgrants

We are pleased to announce that this initiative offers a limited number of microgrants to help small businesses recover from the negative economic impacts of the pandemic. If your small business has been impacted by COVID-19, we can provide financial assistance up to $1000! Learn More.

COVID-19 Video Series

PACC together with Chicago-based Polish science community will create branded COVID-19 educational video series in Polish with topics such as vaccinations, labor & employment litigation, return to work protocols, employee temperature, and health screenings. The videos will soon be posted online to our social media channels.
