Annual Polonia Cup

The Polonia Cup 2024 is an 18 hole scramble tournament held at Heritage Oaks Golf Club in Northbrook, Illinois. Join us for our 7th Annual Polonia Cup Golf Outing to benefit the Polish American Chamber of Commerce and the Copernicus Foundation. The outing will be followed by the reception, awards, and lunch which will be sure to include some great networking.

Heritage Oaks Golf Club
The Northbrook Park District Board of Commissioners allocated $12.5 million to renovate and rebuild the Classic 18 greens, re-grass the fairways and constructed a new clubhouse with year-round dining available. As a re-constructed facility, they have also changed the name from Sportsman’s Country Club to Heritage Oaks Golf Club. This beautiful new course was build during the summer of 2021.
